In this post I’ll share with you Laws of Success book review. The author of the book is the great Les Brown.
Super super excited to share some of my biggest takeaways, as Les Brown is by far one of my favorite motivational speakers.
So Laws of Success is a book that he released not that long ago, he published it in autumn 2016, and it took him 12 years to put this all together into one “blueprint”.
I gotta say, that this book is one of the best that I’ve read on personal development, as it’s very concise and to the point.
I’ve read many books on marketing, branding, strategies, mindset. So I was thinking that this book won’t be anything new. And for some people it may not be. Of course, there were some things that I’ve already knew before, because I’ve been listening to Les Brown for some time before. The best part about this book is that all the “laws” are put in order – it’s ALL there inside that book that you need to know in order to create success in business and in life.
Before I dive into the full Laws of Success book review and the takeaways, I wanna say that this book should be on the shelf of EVERY entrepreneur and network marketer. If you’ve been wondering what’s that “blueprint” you could recommend to your team – this is it! I point all of my team mates and coaching clients to this book all the time. Very very powerful.
What I really like about the book is the no BS content (hence my blog tagline) – Les really shared everything to the point, no fluff, just straight up content. That’s why the book is pretty short and can literally take you a few days (if not one) to read it completely. So let’s get to the lessons from it.
1.The very first question that really stuck with me was this – “Am I in control of my life?“. Can you answer positively to this one? Most people can’t, especially if they have a full time job. Obviously, your boss could be controlling your time or your pay cheque.
And even when you’re building your own business, you may not be fully in control just yet (especially, when you’re getting started). You could be spending a ton of time building that business. Or maybe you’re not in a position where you are completely free financially. So keep asking yourself this question, and until you get a “yes”, don’t stop!
