In today's network marketing training you're gonna learn why it's not a good idea to post your company name on your Facebook profile. This also applies to all the other social media platforms.
This is probably one of the most common mistakes a lot of network marketers make (including myself when I started out).
And if you're still doing this, you're actually doing your business and yourself a disservice. More than that, you will literally be losing money on the table and not signing up a lot of people. Scary, huh?
Take Your Business to the Next Level
If you're dead serious about creating success in your network marketing business, there might be one tool that you're missing. I didn't realize it myself when I first got started. A lot of network marketers are actually missing the personal development and lead generation aspects. They're doing a lot of hard work, but forget about creating leverage – having people come to YOU asking about your business.
In 2014 I found an attraction marketing training platform that (not to exaggerate) not only changed my business, but my life. Not to mention it's been around since 2008 and never been stronger. So if you're looking to grow, generate more leads and surround yourself with literally the best community in the entire industry, I highly recommend for you to check out this platform. You and your business deserve this!
Whenever you join a network marketing company, that is exciting and you wanna tell everybody all about it? I mean, that's the logical step you wanna do. This is what happens whenever we're super pumped about something. However, when it comes to business and social media, it's not gonna be good. And I'll tell you why.
Let me ask you a question – have you posted your company all over your Facebook profile? Or any other social media platform? I'm guilty of that! That is one of the most common mistakes almost every single network marketer makes. Unfortunately, some companies actually teach this, and the ripple effect goes out. This turns basically every marketer into a spammer.. And nobody likes spammers.
So here's the very first reason why you shouldn't be posting your company name all over social media. It basically eliminates all the curiosity, and raises resistance from your audience, which makes them run away from you instead of buying.
If your social media profile looks like an advertising wall, it ain't good. Nobody will wanna do business with you. Not trying to discourage you, just keeping it real. Facebook has been made for you to share lifestyle and to connect with people. We don't go to Facebook because we wanna buy something.
So here's the sad thing that's going to happen – when people see your products on your profile, the first logical step is to go Google it and see if it's a scam or legit. They will find out one of those reasons and will either not buy or will buy from somebody who has done a better job at marketing than you.
Your goal is to create curiosity on Facebook and get people to ask you what you're doing. Then pull the conversation off of social media and hop on a call and have a real conversation (that's people's business after all).
In my network marketing training video below I share another reason why it's not a good idea to post your company in your profile on Facebook. It's actually not something you might be thinking, and I've never shared this before in previous trainings.
