Take Action on Your Fears! If you’re scared of something, that’s a clear indication that you have to just face that fear (unless it’s a spider). Scared to hit that “Go Live” button on YouTube/Facebook? Then you gotta do it as soon as posible (like NOW!).
Any fear we have can be overcome by simply taking action on it. That’s the way for you to build up your confidence, because as you take action, it will get easier. Put yourself into uncomfortable situations first, so that later it becomes comfortable.
Boost Your Confidence Tip #2:
Daily Personal Development! Once It’s virtually impossible to improve your confidence without actually working on yourself. Daily personal development is an absolute must.
Don’t you dare saying “I don’t have the time”. Yes, you absolutely do! All you need is spend at least 15-30 minutes per day on self growth. If you feel like you don’t have the time to read a book, listen to a podcast or an audiobook instead. Don’t think you have 5 minutes for a meditation? In this case, you really have to re-think your entire schedule.
Boost Your Confidence Tip #3:
Change Your Energy. When it comes to confidence, your energy matters a LOT. Think about doing videos.. If you have low energy, your videos are just gonna… suck (to say the least). Once you change the way you feel about yourself, the things you do will change as well.
