5 Biggest Takeaways From Richard Branson Go Pro Speech

Would you like to know my biggest takeaways from Sir Richard Branson Go Pro Recruiting Mastery speech?

He was speaking a little over 2 months ago in Las Vegas, and I happened to be at that event. Didn’t get a chance to share all my notes earlier, so you’re in for a treat today!

First of all, that’s pretty amazing that this caliber of an entrepreneur was invited to a network marketing stage. From my opinion, this just goes to show that the home business profession is overlooked by so many people, and leader like Richard Branson can bring more awareness to it.

He is a man that doesn’t need any introduction, so down below you’re gonna find my takeaways from him and also a video where I share my notes.

So the very first thing that I got from Sir Richard Branson Go Pro speech is this – you have to listen! We all have 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason. So use them accordingly. So simple, yet so powerful. And listening skill applies to literally everything! When you’re talking to your prospects about your opportunity – stop talking, and instead start listening to what THEY need. Trust me, you will sign more people up in your business if you follow this advice.

Secondly, this advice can change the game for you (I know it did for me). And that is – write things down! Take notes everywhere you go. You can always keep a small notebook with you to document what’s important to you. I gotta say that I’m a notebook junkie – even right now as I’m writing this post, I have 3 different ones laying on the desk.

How do you actually do this? Pretty easy! I have several different notebooks like I mentioned, and each is devoted to separate things. One of them is a daily planner where I put all my tasks for the day. The other one I’m taking with me at events so I can jot down some things from conversations (sometimes I even do this on my mobile phone and then transfer the notes to paper). The reason I’m doing specifically this is because I don’t 100% trust computers and technology. I can lose my notes fairly quickly, that’s why paper is a lot more secure from my perspective.

In the video below I share 3 more amazing takeaways from Richard Branson Go Pro speech. One of them is totally going to sink in with you (I really hope so) if you’re striving to become a better entrepreneur. There’s one very profound thing that Richard has shared.

  1. I Love #3!! You are right, you should never promote anything that you totally don’t believe in. People can smell you non-belief a mile away.

What a class act and I agree that listening is HUGE…we were born with two ears and one mouth. Use them proportionately.

  6. Recently heard a segment from Richard Branson too where he talked about similar points. It seems that it’s the few simple things you hear from the most successful people that prove out over and over again that they work… and it doesn’t have to be complicated.

  7. Sir Richard Branson is an entrepreneur I admire. What I would give to spend a day with him !
