Time Blocking Strategy

If you have never implemented the time blocking strategy before, it’s a good time to start.

I am a huge fan of productivity tips and trainings, so I’m always learning different things to use and improve on.

This past month I’ve been raving about the book “The One Thing” by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan, where they shared this time blocking strategy to boost your productivity.

I shared this with some of the coaching clients that I’m working with, and they are LOVING it. Productivity is through the roof!

First off, you have to understand one thing about the time blocking strategy and why it is super important. It is results oriented. Period. There is a lot of productivity tips and strategies, but time blocking always yields the best results possible. I have been using this strategy over the last month or so, and I am able to accomplish a lot more than before. And I’ll tell you what – if you are in business (whether full time or part time), you have to be very mindful of your time. The more efficient you are with your 24 hours, the better results you will get.

The whole concept from “The One Thing” is you have to focus on one thing at a time. Choose your focus for every month, every week and every day. And from there you can block our your time during the day to focus on that one thing.

Are you supposed to ONLY work on your business and that one thing? What about other activities? In the video below I go over how to structure your time better with the time blocking strategy. And trust, if it made a difference for me, it’s gonna work for you too if you take action on it.
